It's reported that Japan's Tokyo Steel announced to raise its scrap purchasing prices by ￥500/ton at its five works from January 12nd.
After the adjustment, its H2 scrap purchasing prices averaged at ￥28,000~￥29,500/ton.
Among them, the H2 scrap purchasing prices in Okayama plant are at￥29,000/ton; those in Kyushu plant are at ￥29,000/ton; those in Tahara plant are at ￥29,000/ton; those in Utsunomiya plant are at ￥29,500/ton and those in Takamatsu steel center are at ￥28,000/ton.
